Shinobu whisky comes out of Niigata Japan known for “three whites”. Those three white treasures are sake, snow, and rice. A place of pure water. The word Shinobu, as pertaining to this whisky, means “forbearance” which shows patience for the making of the whisky. Patience and love are easily tasted inside this Japanese treasure. Jim Pollock of CNS Imports leads the journey, and Elias Aguila will welcome you with a complimentary cocktail. Chef Yu Min Lin is curating a menu specifically for the delicate flavors that dance with this whisky and it will be an experience you won’t soon forget.
